How to be a Fit Mom
There’s no secret to being a Fit mom. You just need 10 minutes, some creativity and a little motivation!
Here is my favorite way to get a workout in anywhere:
- Set a timer
- Choose 5 exercises
- Repeat 20 reps of each exercise until the timer goes off!
That’s it!

Squats
Lunges
Sumo Squat
Jumping Jacks
Pushups
Tricep dips
Burpees
Curtsy Lunges
Reverse Plank
